2. What is the imprint area on any given magnet?  Most items are 1/8” from the border, except the Mag Signs it is ¼” from the border.  All of the NoteKeepers/Optional Shapes have a different and unique imprint area.

3. Do you have any set up charges?  No set-up charges on flat flexible magnetic items, corrugated fans and signs, inPODnito^TM items or DL1250.  All other items have a set-up charge of $60.00 C (21700) per color, per location.  Exact repeat set-up charges $25.00 C (21701) per color, per location.

4. Do you have a PMS color match charge?  For Factory Color Mixes, add $42.00 C (19022) per color.  A Factory Color Mix charge does not guarantee an exact match!  Contact Factory for quote if exact matches are needed.  Factory Mixes are not available on fluorescent or metallic colors.

5. Do you have a screen charge?  Screen tints require a screen charge of $40.00 A (19920) per tint.

6.  Will I receive an order acknowledgement?  YES! Please provide us with a complete email address to receive an automatic email acknowledgement of your purchase order.

7.  Is there a charge for a C.O.D. shipment?  Add $17.00 C (19993) per C.O.D. shipment.

8.  Can you provide exact quantities?  YES! For exact quantites add 10% (11OEQ) to your purchase order.

13. Do you provide online shipment tracking?  YES!  Online tracking of your shipment is available beginning the day after order shipment occurs.  Please provide us with a complete email address to receive e-mail notification of you order shipment and tracking information.  Or, log on to UPS and click on the tracking tab.  From there click on the track by reference number selection.  Enter your purchase order number, destination zip code andthe destination country into the respective fields.  Check the terms and conditions box, then click on "track" to locate your shipment.

14. Can I split ship my order?  YES!  12.75 C (19907) per destination and/or ship date, changes of address, or change of via with less than 48 hours notice. Split billing is not available.

15. What type of printing do you use to produce your products?  We screen print, digitally print and pad print our products - see specific product page for more information.

16. Are your magnets made in the U.S.A.?  YES!  All Magna-Tel flat, flexible magnets are non-toxic, kid safe, proudly made in the U.S.A. and pass established toy safety standards for heavy metals content and are only sold to promotional product distributor professionals.

17. What are inPODnito^TM wraps for MP3 players?  Wraps for MP3 players are custom imprinted repositionable/removable vinyl wraps (also known as skins) for any MP3 player device.  Wraps are available for all versions of the iPod.  We can also create custom wraps for any MP3 player device like the Zune or Sansa.

18. What are Techno-Skinz^TM?  Techno-Skinz^TM are repositionable/removable skins for electronic devices. 20. Can I create virtual samples with your products?  In the detailed description of each product you will find a symbol that says apply logo. This will take you to an online virtual spec creation system. Here you can apply logo and text and send it to your customer for their review.

21. Are art templates available?  Yes. Templates are currently available for most products. These templates can be found on the detailed information page of each product or you may access them on the artwork page. You may request unavailable templates at art@magna-tel.net or by contacting our customer service department.

22. What formats are templates available in? All templates are available for download as a .pdf or .jpg file. To download a template, right click and save as.

23. Are the product templates actual size?  Yes.  However, when you view the templates online, your web browser may affect. When opening the templates in editing software such as Illustrator, PhotoShop the template will be to size.
